B.Tech Courses

Criteria of Eligibility: Pass in Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or an examination recognized equivalent thereto with at least Sixty percent marks in Mathematics separately and Sixty percent marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry / equivalent subjects put together or equivalent grade

Candidates shall be qualified in the entrance examination conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Exam of Govt. of Kerala

Age: Applicants should have completed 17 years and 31st December 2015. No relaxation of age will be allowed

Selection Procedure

For Management Quota: Management quota seats for the B.Tech course will be 50% of the total seats; the selection will be on the basis of the rank list published by the management from the students who submitted valid application forms. The rank list will be prepared and published by taking into consideration the marks obtained by the candidates for the +2 examinations and entrance exam conducted by the Kerala State Entrance Examiner

Classes will start as per the dates announced by the Govt. or the commissioner of entrance exams

For NRI Quota: As per Govt. norms NRI Quota will be 15% of the total approved seats; admission to NRI quota will be purely for dependents of Non Resident Indians; NRI quota applicants are exempted from qualifying in Kerala Entrance Exam


Fees structure for the merit quota and for the Management Quota & NRI Quota will be announced later after executing agreement with the Govt. of Kerala. Fee waiver scheme of AICTE is applicable here also

Students for Fee Waiver Scheme will be selected by the Kerala State Entrance Commissioner on the basis of merit cum means

How to Apply

Application Forms can also be downloaded from the Website Formal Application Forms for admission can be obtained from the College Office in Person on payment of Rs.300/- or by post on payment of Rs.350/- by DD

Such applications have to be submitted along with a DD of Rs.300/- in favour of the “Managing Trustee, Adi Sankara Trust, and Payable at Kalady/Angamaly”

  1. i) Separate application forms are available for Management Quota & NRI Quota
  2. ii) Separate application forms are to be submitted if he/she has to be considered for both Management/NRI Quota
